H & M Fitness is a dream comes true for Stacey Hightower and Lillie Murphy! For years they have been looking for a way to share their expertise and passion for fitness in one central location. After providing instruction in personal homes, outdoor running tracks, parks and various fitness facilities within Little Rock areas such as Powerhouse Gym, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) fitness center, the Jim Dailey Fitness Center (formally War Memorial fitness center), YWCA and the Little Rock Athletic Club it is with great pleasure that they open H & M Fitness personal training studio! The opening of the studio allows them to share their love for exercise in a non-traditional gym setting, appealing to those desiring such an atmosphere to help them succeed in reaching their health and fitness goals.
To help clients reach their health and fitness goals by providing an environment that will support, instruct and motivate them in creating the ultimate mental and physical state of well-being.
H & M Fitness is owned and operated by Certified Personal Trainers Stacey Hightower and Lillie Murphy. With a combined fifteen years of experience we are well equipped to work with all different fitness levels. In our studio we provide personal training services in a private to semi-private, non-intimidating environment. Because we are not an “open” gym, only providing services during scheduled group class times and by appointment we can give you a unique alternative to the typical health club or gym while still meeting all of your fitness needs. We offer more privacy, smaller group classes, one-on-one attention and the motivation needed to succeed. There are no sign-up fees or monthly dues. You pay only for the services you choose! Group classes are offered throughout the day and our trainers work by appointment only therefore, the schedule is convenient for you! Lillie and Stacey enjoy sharing their passion for health and exercise with the community and are available for health and fitness seminars.
BOOT CAMP – A four-week program of back-to-the- basics fitness instruction, nutritional guidance and motivation to whip you into shape.
KICKBOXING – A combination of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning of the body.
YOGA – Develop strength and flexibility while relieving the stresses of the world. Your mind and body will find rest and healing during this relaxing class.
ZUMBA – It’s not a workout, it’s a party! Easy to follow Latin and hip-hop inspired dance moves are used to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat! It’s an absolute blast! ZUMBA GOLD (Specialty Class) - All the excitement and fun in the original Zumba geared toward active older adults, the beginner participant, and other special populations that may need modifications for success. This class will provide any participant with a safe and effective total body workout!
PEEL (Specialty class) – Peel introduces sexy movements combined with upper and lower body exercises to make
participants stronger, more flexible and their minds enlightened.
Kids Dance Cardio – Fun music and simple to follow moves are used to get kids moving their bodies while having a blast.
Pilates – Stretching and strengthening movements combined to build core muscles, improve posture and increase flexibility breathing and mental focus are elements incorporated in these exercises to obtain a wonderful, stress relieving workout

Guided by a certified personal trainer, a combination of exercises and techniques are used to improve the health and fitness levels of individual clients. Instruction can be provided on a one-on-one or small group basis to those on any fitness level who are ready to be challenged, motivated and empowered to a healthier state.
